Two wins in Saturday's Futsal 3rd division matches ensured the promotion to 2nd division! Both of games which started bad, but eventually players got their head together and turned both games to the right direction!

FootCoop 2012 -seminar and the Friendship City Tournament aims to make our usual home ground a bit more international. Friendship City activity needs new forms of activity. FCF -tournament is a step towards it. Sport brings people together in our communities. The teams are important part of daily discussions and the match days unite us. For businesses sponsoring a team can be an important way of creating new customer relationships and nourishing the old ones, finding new connections, getting visibility and media exposure. The city of Oulu has 8 friendship cities, Boden and Alta being involved in 2012 tournament. Hopefully in February 2013 we'll see teams from Odessa (RUS), Leverkusen (GER), Halle (GER), Siofok (HUN), Bursa (TUR) or Archangelsk (RUS).
The schedule for the tournament is as follows:
Friday 17th Feb.
- 19:45 – 21:30 AC Oulu – ALTA IF
Saturday 18th of Feb.
Friendship City Football Tournament schedule has been finalized. Seven participating teams will play seven matches between Friday the 17th Feb. and Sunday the 19th Feb. The tournament starts with a clash between AC Oulu and ALTA IF. on Friday night 19:45 in Heinäpään Football Hall.
As every organization knows very well, arranging a sport event requires a lot of work. As FOOTCOOP 2012 seminar and tournament are approaching, Hercules players are preparing themselves on and off the pitch.
After re-building the structure of the club in december, the new leadership wanted to make sure, that the players are willing to take a huge step forward, in order to help JS Hercules growing and developing as a football club as well as an organization. So therefore the board thought it was necessary to have our players finally under contract to create more professionalism.
