First match between OTP and OPS A-youth ended 3-0 to the reds, OTP. They controlled the game with their more physical presence and eventually led the match 3-0 already after 54 minutes. OTP's goalkeeper was selected as the man-of-the-match.
Second one, the big one, with the preliminary championship title of the North Finland was handed to AC Oulu. Navy blue's beat pride of Rovaniemi by one goal with the match ending 3-2. Ac Oulu started scoring a penalty kick when Dritan Stafsula was brought down on the area. RoPS equalized right after 60 minutes, but AC Oulu took the lead right back with a strike from Juha Majava. Ten minutes later RoPS equalized once again when Mika "Lada" Lahtinen scored from a close range, but AC Oulu counter-stroke similar way as before with a nice goal by Joni Mäkelä. Last match of the day, and at same time first one for the host team JS Hercules, saw a surprinsingly even result. This match was a first one in the history of JS Hercules against a team abroad, the team being Boden BK from Sweden. First goal of the match was scored by right winger Arttu Hallikainen, who slotted the ball in the left corner of the Bodens BK goal. Hercules led the match on the half time 3-1 with goals from VIlle Vesanen and second one from Hallikainen, while Bodens BK's goal was scored by Hercules defender (editor's note: JU!) The game eventually ended in a 3-3 drawn when Bodens BK players Ryan Gracia and Johan Nyberg both scored one each.
